  • This isn’t about “perfect” poses—it’s about uncovering your unique structural and movement patterns, noticing how they show up both on and off the mat, and cultivating the awareness to move with greater ease, stability, and freedom.

    Bring your curiosity, your questions, and any postures you’d like to explore more deeply.

    • Practices to build awareness of your body’s alignment and habitual patterns

    • You want to refine or build your yoga practice in an experiential, accessible, and informative way

    • You want to learn new ways of modifying your practice to make it more accessible to where your body is at right now and more supportive of aligned growth

    • You experience areas of discomfort that feel more like connective tissue or nervous system “holdings,” beyond joint pain or muscular tension. Certain areas might feel tight, locked up, or overworked despite efforts to stretch or strengthen

    • You’re curious about how alignment and embodiment can support self-discovery and healing

    The Flow

    • Gentle, guided exploration of the spine and pelvic floor, including how patterns like anterior and posterior pelvic tilts affect alignment

    • Workshop essential postures like Downward Dog, Chaturanga transitions, and the Warrior series, exploring them through an anatomical lens while integrating the bandhas (internal muscular “locks” that cultivate strength and energetic focus)

    • Space to ask questions and workshop additional postures of your choice

    About Serena

    Serena is a 500hr RYT and has been a student and teacher of yoga for over 5 years. She is fascinated by all things movement and has a B.S. in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon that helps inform her teaching.

  • We’re bringing you an unforgettable experience — a day of surf, yoga, and uplifting energy on the Oregon Coast. This coastal getaway is designed for all levels and all vibes. We’ll ride together from Portland, connect through a grounding yoga session led by Aliyah of Dear Yoga, and enjoy free time in the water to explore, play, and recharge.

    We’ll also be joined by Paleena, a Somatic Movement Therapist and avid surfer, who brings a magnetic, uplifting energy to the group. She’ll be on-site to offer light surf tips and supportive guidance (not formal lessons), creating a fun, low-pressure environment to enjoy the waves. 

    Whether you're a total beginner or just looking to reconnect with the ocean in good company, this experience is all about movement, breath, and joy—with plenty of room for laughter, rest, and saltwater healing.

  • You’ll be guided through gentle restorative yoga poses designed to release tension, ease stress, and invite a sense of calm. Following this, we’ll transition into a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra practice, often referred to as "yogic sleep," where you'll be led into a state of profound relaxation, allowing your body and mind to reset. To enhance your experience, aromatherapy will be woven throughout the session, with soothing scents chosen specifically for grounding, clarity, and intention-setting, aligning with the new moon’s energy.

    Holosomatic Breathwork is a method designed to enhance presence and personal empowerment by releasing past negative imprints. This method involves rhythmic breathing to activate the body, overcome the ego mind, and access the subconscious mind.
